PICK UP CATERING

We are starting to offer pick up catering now for Wednesday - Saturday pick up. You pick up and reheat or put on platters. We will rent out our soup warmer. We ask for at least 3 weeks in advance for a large order (you can book earlier.) Get your your name on the schedule to block out the day. 50% if due at booking and non refundable 3 weeks prior for closing the date and we will begin ordering product. Remainder due 1 week prior.

HEATING UP OPTIONS:

Skewered Scallops and crostini (2pp) $3.00 per person 

Crimini Caps stuffed with a walnut and mushroom pate (3pp) $3.00pp

Stuffed mini potatoes filled with a potato cashew cream topped with shiitake bacon (2.5 pp) $3.00pp

Oyster mushroom chowder 8oz per person: $7.00 per person

Corn Chowder 8oz per person: $7.00 per person

Broccoli Bisque: 8oz per person: $7.00 per person

Shiitake Bisque: 8oz per person: $7.00 per person

French Lentil soup 8oz per person: $6.00 per person

ROOM TEMPERATURE OPTIONS:

Charcuterie Board for 20 people: Total $112.20 includes: Spicy smoky cheddar and lemon peppercorn cashew chevre, candied spicy sticky nuts, fresh organic fruit, black eyed pea sausage, Baguette, gf beer Dijon mustard sauce, pickles and pickled onions.

Beet salad: $7.00 per person

Garbanzo Salad: $6.00 per person

Waldorf Tofu salad with Shiitake bacon, grapes...: $7.00 per person

Pecan Mouse: 12 oz $12.00

Spicy Smoky Cheddar - 6oz $12

Lemon peppercorn Cashew Chevre - 6oz $12

Vegetable Crudites with Bleu cheese dressing or Hummus: $5.00 per person

Polenta rounds with chimichurri, pesto, sundried tomato (3) $3.00 per person 

Avocado Sushi with tamari and wasabi (2.5pp): $3.00 per person

Dozen Orange Chocolate Truffles: $15

Crisps: $35. (No crust: topped with an oat crumble.)
