Meet Sanctuary Bistro's (berkeley, Ca) Staff: Mira

We have the coolest staff around and they do amazing things.  For those regulars that get to know us... we thought it would be fun to slowly introduce you the Sanctuary Bistro family.  There are some amazing things happening in the world and the folks at Sanctuary Bistro making things happen.  We asked these questions of everyone...
I am from San Diego, California. Because of this, you'll most likely find me eating burritos, biking, and pretending that it's warm outside - even when it's not.
During my free time I love hiking, reading at the park, and playing around with my camera.
 I was drawn to Sanctuary Bistro because although I am not vegan, I respect and highly enjoy healthy yet delicious food alternatives that are environmentally conscious and animal friendly. I like working here because the people I work with are kind, generous, and hard-working. I've also discovered that our customers are wonderful and kind people, which makes working there even more enjoyable.
